You'll get personalized macro targets based on your body, goals, and lifestyle — not a generic calculator result. Paige teaches you how to hit your numbers flexibly, so you can eat out, enjoy life, and still make progress.
Nope! Programs can be written for home, gym, or both. During your intake, Paige will ask about what equipment you have access to and build your plan around it.
